FROM THE SUPERINTENDENT
I am honored to work alongside educators and community members who are steadfast in their commitment to putting students first . It ’ s at the heart of everything we do in Mansfield ISD . We believe all students can learn at high levels and are devoted to providing them with the education and supports needed to reach their full potential .
In August , we launched our theme for the 2023- 2024 school year – We are MISD Stronger Together . I wholeheartedly believe that when we work together , we can accomplish anything . I am proud of the teamwork I see on campuses daily . I ’ m also thankful for the partnerships we have cultivated within our community .
One program that exemplifies Stronger Together is our district ’ s IMPACT Mentoring Program . Its purpose is to unite caring and committed adults from across the community with students to help them overcome obstacles , succeed in school and make a positive impact . This initiative is critical to student success , and I ’ m amazed to see our community coming together to support it .
As we celebrate the ways that we are Stronger Together , we remain a great place to live , learn and teach . For the first time , Mansfield ISD has been named to Forbes ’ list of America ’ s Best
Midsize Employers . The national distinction confirms what we already know .
We are continuing to focus on Vision 2030 , our 10-year strategic plan , ensuring our students are college , career and life ready . The plan focuses on both the academic and holistic needs of our children .
We are making sure our students develop the social and emotional skills they need to be successful and productive citizens . I am proud to be a part of the Mansfield ISD community .
We are committed to providing our students with a highquality education , and I am humbled by the dedication of our staff , families and community to our children . When we work separately , we can get things done . However , when we work together , we can accomplish so much more ! We are Mansfield ISD , and we are Stronger Together .
