Community Relations
Providing the best education possible to Mansfield ISD students is a collaborative effort , and the district values its positive relationships with the community . MISD also offers opportunities for the community to engage in various programs and learning activities .
LEADERSHIP MISD
Each year , the district invites approximately 50 parents and community members to complete a comprehensive program to learn more about the district . Classes consist of in-depth sessions focusing on a different area of district departments and operations .
SENIOR PERKS
MISD ’ s senior community has some great perks , including the annual Senior Tour and the Gold Card . The Senior Tour is a free hands-on tour that highlights different areas of the district for senior citizens 55 years of age and older . The Gold card allows residents ages 65 years and older to attend district athletic events and theatre productions at no cost .
