District Presidents
While we have often spotlighted the trustees who represent each of the 10 districts throughout our state , in this issue of the Journal we introduce you to another group of valuable leaders who make a huge impact as district presidents .
Here they share their personal stories about their journey to leadership , discussing what their involvement in organized dentistry has meant to them , how they got involved , their motivations and goals , and what advice they have for colleagues considering involvement in organized dentistry . Each district has its own set of officer bylaws , resulting in varying term dates and lengths throughout a leadership cycle . These personal stories reflect the differing experiences within each district as presidents navigate different timelines in their leadership roles .
