Who or what do you get inspiration from? Pharrell and Melody Ehasani are my biggest inspirations. They are so vibrant with every design I feel like they do no wrong. I’ m a fan for life. Style wise: ASAP MOB, Wale, Fabolous inspire me most. They just wear whatever [ they want and ] it’ s still always so fly. I feel like I have to work with all of the people above when it’ s all said and done.
What’ s next for you? Right now I have so much planned for 2017 I don’ t know if some may actually carry into the next year. Next up I have a small release LONGLOVELXXRY which i s P T. 2 t o m y F / W r e l e a s e LONGLIVELXXRY. I ' m considering a LIKEMIKE restock but it would be a random drop as it is probably my biggest release to date. So many people beg me or randomly DM me to just have one made so I feel like the people do deserve it one last go. This fall I plan to release my SOHK( School Of Hard Knocks) collection. I want to actually shoot a short film and even do a fashion show for it. It’ s huge, it’ s colossal. I’ ve never come up with something this big yet. I have collaborations with GAC out in Burlington run by Greg, he ' s super cold with the vintage designs. We have amazing ideas in the works and [ we are ] also doing a collaboration with YUNG planned for the spring but it’ s hard with everyone running their own brands so timing is everything. My other collaboration is something I cannot mention right now but it would definitely be a huge milestone. Already have 2018 setup and ready to go. I always try to work so far ahead, it helps avoid being about whats trending and making more pieces of the best creativity.
