drivers suggest a push for fourth wave
feminism will arise, particularly within millen-
nials. Therefore, Katy Sadler and Bethan Mobey
members of the Feminist Work For Change
group were asked. Who gave there specialist
opinion on current day issues. This primary
research was used with secondary research to
create arguments but most importantly give a
clear and concise development of the outcome
of this dissertation.
Lastly, to gain more of an insight into the future
of feminism and how feminism is now being
ingrained into young girls, Natassja Yoxall
Communications Manager for Girl Guiding was
asked questions about Girl Guiding’s stance on
feminism and her own. This primary research
was vital when considering the future of femi-
nism, in particular looking at generation Z.
Limitations
Fig 12
A limitation of the interviews was that they had
to be done via email, due to the interviewees
having a very limited availability with their
carer. This meant that free flowing conversa-
tions could not occur. Therefore, this entailed a
stricter answer to just the questions. However,
emailed interviews still allowed for lengthy
answers and substantial time to think about
answers.
Another limitation is the number of interviews
conducted. The interviews only allow for 3
opinions; therefore, this does not illustrate a
wide enough collection of data to say this is an
well-defined opinion of most feminists. If given
more study time, more participants would have
been asked. However, with all giving captivat-
ing viewpoints of feminism within current day,
this research was fundamental for this disserta-
tion.
