Why did God let it happen? The answer is found in God creating man and woman with a Free Will! When Adam and Eve sinned and took from the forbidden Tree of Good and Evil …sin, pain, disappointment, and death came! We have the freedom to choose love (what is right), and we also have the ability with consequence to hurt and do evil (what the Bible calls sin). THE LORD (Prov. 16:1-3)

Like many of us who have asked, “WHY DID GOD LET IT HAPPEN?”, King David, a worshiping, believing, trusting man cries out to God, in Psa. 28:1 NLT “I pray to you, O Lord, my rock. Do not turn a deaf ear to me. For if you are silent, I might as well give up and die." Why are my enemies like King Saul running after me? Why did you let me embarrass myself, lust for Bathsheba in bed, and kill her husband? Why is my family falling apart? Why is my job performance dropping off? Then God spoke and David said Psa. 28:6-7 “Blessed be the Lord, because He has heard the voice of my supplication…my heart trusts in Him and I am helped!
