THE SPIRIT IN YOU
"That weekend I was reminded that the Holy Spirit often works in more than one way, likewise, my personal ministry can be taken in any direction if I listen to the Spirit and am willing to go. It's not
always easy, but for me knowing that I am serving the Lord makes it worth it."
message to not only encourage myself, but my friend, and that congregation. I was humbled and honored to share.
That weekend I was reminded that the Holy Spirit often works in more than one way, likewise, my personal ministry can be taken in any direction if I listen to the Spirit and am willing to go. It is not always easy but for me knowing that I am serving the Lord makes it worth it.
“Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it. ~ Mathew 7:13-14,NIV
“You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot. You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead, they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” ~Mathew 5:13-16,NIV
“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” ~Romans 12:2, NIV
