WHAT GOD PUTS TOGETHER

After that Day,
All the Days After!
I desired to put on a major event for the fall and when I inquired with the different venues for availability for that certain date, I found out that most of the venues already had our date booked. Most of the events are weddings and bridal showers. Many of these venues were lovely and I know when properly decorated, they would be exquisite. I thought about the young women who are planning these life time events and the level of anticipation that they must be experiencing. They probably have a calendar counting down the days before the big day. Ah yes, the big day with all the frills. The bride-to-be dreams of the time she will walk down the
aisle and all eyes on her and the first kiss they give each other as officially husband and wife. It is certainly something to look forward too.
But I would like to bring something else to the forefront of your minds. While it is often every little girl's dream to one day meet Mr. Right and have that dream fairy tale wedding, I dare to say that it is the aftermath of that day that leaves much to be desired. I want to challenge all the brides and grooms "to be" to incorporate a daily exercise to their marriage---anticipate getting through each day, each week, each month, each year together as a loving, respectful, committed and godly couple. Many couples write their own vows, but I
"Take a look at the whole picture before you decide to plan that day”. Truly know
what you are getting
yourself into."
