Minito is the owner and founder of Girlfriends Glasshouse Empowerment, an organization that focuses on personal and professional development through training, self-discipline, and most importantly, love. Girlfriends Glasshouse Empowerment is a system of educational workshops, coaching, and activities that restore a state of balance and control in the lives of the members and participants.

“If you aren't better, your household isn’t better. If your household isn’t better, your community isn’t better. If your community isn’t better, the world won't get better. The impact of your influence is key to changing the world." ~ Minito.

Minito’s workshops are based on her real-life experiences. In her past, Minito struggled with depression, and she felt like she wasn’t living up to society’s expectations; she even struggled with desperate thoughts of suicide. Her inability to cope with challenges led her to create internal walls and hindered her ability to heal, forgive and grow.

“I had numerous disappointments that made me feel emotionally paralyzed. I had separation anxiety after my parents’ divorced, I had trust issues after I was raped by a close acquaintance, and I had unrealistic expectations from men that led me to failed relationships. These disappointments from failed relationships began to support a story I told about myself. I believed that I was inadequate or not good enough for a better quality of life. I had no idea that the stories I created about myself influenced my behavior. When I believed I was inadequate, I would behave in ways to support it! I created limiting beliefs that discouraged me from living up to my full potential."
