"I wanted to rid myself from trust issues and I wanted to forgive the people that hurt me. So I created a blueprint to achieve my goals. I also created weekly homework assignments to form new habits and I solicited partners to hold me accountable. I stayed consistent and started to see my desired results. These are just the basic steps I took to begin this new journey. I love what I do and love to see other girls and women win.
