had experienced. So, get up and start serving other’s needs. Show commitment to Godly causes you and the church believe in and you will experience greater, fulfilling anointing over your life. You see, the difference between a successful person living out his or her destiny and a person aimlessly checking off each day with limited purpose… can often be found in how that person views his or her life experiences. A successful person will view his or her life experiences—the good, bad, and bitter—even the detours. Because what we consider to be “detours” in our lives aren’t! How you manage, or mismanage life, will have much to do with your future. No story in the Bible better illustrates how God can use detours to get you to your purpose than the story of Joseph. He went from put-downs by his brothers, to the pit of rejection, to the prison of deceit and to the palace. Though born into a dysfunctional family, Joseph didn’t live on blame, shame and excuses, but dreams, determination, deliverance! In the same way, Trust God to release pain and shame!
GOD WANTS TO GIVE UNCOMMON PROMISE AND FAVOR (Eph. 1:13-14)
A. God wants to seal us with Supernatural power in the Holy Spirit.
There is a supernatural endowment that comes when He opens His life to the Baptism in the Holy Spirit. The Bible shares how Jesus Christ of Nazareth was anointed with the Holy Spirit and power
and was able to experience victory over sin and healing those that were oppressed of the devil. The Book of Acts shares the story of how the power of the Holy Spirit released the city of Ephesus from its addictions, witch-craft and magic arts after the fire fell on believers. You too can be set free tonight as you open up to the “Spirit of Promise”!
B. God wants you to have your eyes opened to the Hope of your calling (Eph. 1:18-19).
The Bible is clear that God’s ways are usually different from ours. If you have been held back, why not fully trust the Waymaker to break you through. Tonight at this altar you come, lift your hands, open your mouth and heart in praise to God and let Him pour out full deliverance so you can enjoy “the surpassing
