was a real friendship. Wow, how could I have existed without the hope and excitement they both brought to my life. I had a great family and wonderful children, but I had no soul mate and I did not have a spiritual father. The natural man became my husband and a great dad for my children and his name is Michael. My other friend became my lord and savior and His name is Jesus.
"Our Lord, you are the friend of your worshipers, and you make an agreement with all of us," (Psalms 245: 14, CEV).
Jesus is the friend that is your friend. This is the friend that I would like to share and introduce to you, if you don't know Him. He doesn't care about your sex, race or color. He's not concerned with your family history, and He will never judge you for the mistakes you've made. This friend was beaten for us to take away our sins. He hung on a cross and was crucified for us. This friend died and rose from the dead to pardon our sins. This friend brought salvation to a dying world (St. John 15:13). He set us free from our pain and miseries so that we could live eternally with Him in glory (Isaiah 53: 5). It's wonderful to know that this friend doesn't tell your secrets (Proverbs 11: 13) and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13: 5). This friend, that's my friend and your friend, is a promise keeper. He is full of love and dedication. He will take real good care of you. I am very certain of that because like I said before some twenty-five years ago, I let Him into my heart, and He has never
failed me. I am a very happy person today because my family introduced me to their friend that is still my friend. Please let me introduce you to Him by name again. His name is Jesus the Christ, the son of the living God.
"Jesus, someone right now would like to give their life to you. They want to know if they can trust you like I have trusted you. Would you, Jesus, my friend speak those same comforting words to them that you spoke to me? Jesus, I know you can heal their broken heart because you healed mine. They have been waiting for someone to formally introduce you to them. Today I say to the world, please meet my friend, Jesus. Jesus, this is (put your name here)."
