My Friend is Your Friend
Usually when you speak of a personal friend, you would start with an introduction. But if I start with the introduction first, I would have to end this article. So please allow me to share why what I am about to say would interest you. Some twenty-five years ago I met two men. I have met a lot of people in my lifetime. Some I chose to befriend and others I chose not to get to know. In life, one must be aware that everyone you meet is not someone that will play a role or share in your destiny. I know that "birds of a feather flock together" (Amos 3: 3). We don't always make the right decision when it comes to making friends and we are sometimes drawn to negative energies that interest us and our curiosity causes a connection.
Some would say, "It takes a lifetime to find a true friend". I would say that if you find a friend, they should last a lifetime. Life always has its ability to hook you up with someone that is true to the game and regardless of what you say, this person or persons will not go away. You must learn how to trust what you feel and know what's right for you. If you're waiting for everyone to agree with your
decisions or choices, you will never have the satisfaction or fulfillment that is due to every man. Life has long roads that you don't want to travel alone. Let's be honest enough to say I don't want to do this or be alone in this, so I need as friend.
"I choose as my friends everyone who worships you and follows your teachings," (Psalms 119:63, CEV).
With that being said, that brings me back to the subject about the two men I met twenty-five years ago. One was a natural man and the other was a spirit man.
