VACATION AND TRAVEL
This next place I’ll be talking about is one of my all-time favorite places to go, because there is so much to see and do in this county, and the surrounding area. I’ve been there five times and will return again someday.
Anyway, whether you like historic places, train rides, Christian attractions, museums, factory tours, great restaurants, and so much more I can list, then you will love this area. Since being there so many times, I will attempt to give you a taste of the main attractions.
The main thing most people come to Lancaster County for is to experience the large Amish community. They have some of the best comfort food restaurants I’ve ever eaten at like the, “Good ‘N’ Plenty” restaurant, which has unique style authentic Dutch cooking. There are too many restaurants to list but the one I just listed is where I’ve dined the most on many occasions. Don’t forget to try some of their homemade pies!
The next place which is also food related is the “Dutch Apple Dinner Theater.” As I’m writing this, their upcoming show is called, “Guys and Dolls,” which is a live production from April 2nd to May 16th. Anyway, you are served a meal right before the production starts, which has some of the best food and deserts you'll love; they have lunch and dinner shows!
