Staying strong with Vitamin D

An essential vitamin that requires synthesis from sunlight to turn into an active form, vitamin D can help with back pain and aching joints, and slow the progression of osteoporosis. It is found in milk and fish such as salmon and sardines so include plenty of these in your diet

Vitamin A—a true wonder vitamin

Vitamin A not only can soothe and rejuvenate the skin, but it may actually be able to prevent sun damage. Liver, sweet potatoes, carrots, mangoes, spinach and milk are all great sources of Vitamin A.

Go for Ginseng

The root of this plant, which contains ginsenocide, is used as a tonic to strengthen the immune system, increases concentration, boost energy levels and generally revitalize the whole body.

Zinc it up!

When it comes to skin-boasting minerals, zinc is the first choice, as it has a direct effect on the regeneration of skin from the inside out, which will help aging and problem skin. Zinc is mostly found in protein-based foods but vegetarians can find a great source in pumpkin seeds.

Get rid of flaky white dandruff.

The shiny white scales that separate from the scalp and collect on the hair and shoulders are almost always caused by an impaired general health. Increase your intake of raw foods that are high in enzymes (fruit, vegetables, and nuts) and take two dessert spoons of flax oil a day until the condition improves.
