Naomi positioned herself to be used by God for two people to meet. She could have just allowed Ruth to go out and find her employment like many people do. She could have been selfish and sabotaged Ruth from ever meeting anyone else, but she decided to allow God to use her.
Being obedient to God is a choice. You must decide to be open and caring and recognize when the opportunity presents itself to help someone. You take advantage of that opportunity. Purpose in your heart from this day forward that you will seize the opportunity to introduce a single man to a friend who you know is believing God for a mate or give good advice that will afford someone to meet a good person.
The miracles that God wants to perform in our lives are grand, and He allows man to have a small part to play in making them happen. He wants to include you in the plan, and He is looking for those who are willing to play that part in fulfilling the vision He has for mankind. When God is making a cake, He does not need our help, but He is delighted when we want to just lick the spoon. I think it will turn out just right, won't you?
