Unfotunately, in the first week of OST, we received News that a ten year old who lived in the Ponds, that some of the kids knew was hit by a motorist while crossing the street. Sabrina helped the students create condolensces cards for the family of the ten year old. How kind and compassionate a group. Here are their cards. Our Students had movie day on Wednesday during week one and had chili with corn bread and other desserts and fruits. The movie was called, "Disgarded Things". It encouraged the kids to know that regardless of how people may make you feel, you are always important and always have important things to offer the world.
