Home. The $16.00 admission includes all-day access to the Press House, grounds, and new Harding Presidential Library and Museum, which features an exhibit gallery, event space, and gift shop.

Did you know that seven Presidents were born in Ohio, and one moved from Virginia to live in Ohio, making eight elected while living in Ohio? The eight presidents are, 25th President William McKinley, 20th President James A. Garfield, 19th President Rutherford B. Hayes, 29th President Warren G. Harding, 18th President Ulysses S. Grant, 27th President William H. Taft, 23rd President Benjamin Harrison (grandson of President William Henry Harrison), 9th President William Henry Harrison born in Virginia. There are at least a dozen presidential attractions in the state of Ohio I’ll be talking about.

The first President I’ll be talking about is the 19th President Rutherford B. Hayes from the city of Fremont at the corner of Hayes and Buckland avenues. I was there a few years ago, and it’s the closest Presidential attraction from Michigan. This place has the Spiegel Grove Estate, a 31-room mansion, the Library, the Hayes Museum, 25 acres of park, and the burial site of President and Mrs. Hayes. The library and the grounds are FREE, but the Museum and the house tour cost. See website for current hours, days and admissions.

This next Presidential attraction is south of Fremont. That would be the President Warren G. Harding House, Presidential Library, and Museum. This is located at 380 Mt Vernon Ave in the city of Marion. Visitors will need to register for a specific time to experience a 45-minute guided tour of the Harding
