Lazy Circles
422 E Main St.
Craft beers are a staple of the modern bar scene, and you’ll
find some of the best at Lazy Circles Brewing. Located at 422
E. Main Street, in Norman’s downtown arts district, the self-
described “hip haunt” tap room offers its own homemade brews.
Their experts specialize in fresh, small-batch beer, with seasonal
rotations to keep things interesting.
“Our IPAs (India pale ales) are very popular, and our Dirtybird
Red, which is a red ale, is another crowd favorite,” said co-
founder and tap room manager Stephen Swanson. Over the
summer, the business also debuted Dos Esteban’s Cerveza, which
has been a big hit with customers.
“Our tap room is a lively and inviting place,” Swanson said.
“It’s great for hanging out and enjoying excellent craft beer.” For
those cool fall evenings, patrons can enjoy sitting on the outdoor
patio, and both outside food and friendly dogs are welcome. If
you’re athletically inclined, you can join the Lazy Runners Brew
Crew on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. for a three-mile run, followed by
a complimentary beer for those who finish.
Lazy Circles is open from 4 to 10 p.m. on Monday,
Wednesday and Thursday; 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and
Saturday; and 1 to 6 p.m. on Sunday. It’s closed on Tuesdays.
