Ricardo Ramírez and his wife Claudia Romero came to America in 2009 from Colombia , full of dreams and looking for a better future . Their goal in starting a food truck was to bring a little piece of their homeland to Kentucky through food , serving arepas , plantains , and empanadas .

At that time , they broke ground as the only business that offered Colombian food in Kentucky .
