Food trucks can be found all over Madison County , so much so that the Richmond Parks and Recreation Department has created Tasty Tuesdays throughout the summer , which gets people eating mobile food at Irvine-McDowell Park with their family and friends .
People can also catch trucks like these at large celebrations , like the Fourth of July and Spoonbread in Berea .
