BURJ AL ARAB TOWER OF THE ARABS Since its opening in December 1999, the Burj Al Arab has been one of the most photographed structures in the world. Sometimes referred to as "the world's most luxurious hotel", the Burj Al Arab was designed to resemble the billowing sail of a ship, and standing 321 metres high, it makes an impressive addition to the Dubai skyline. To make it even more inspiring the building is illuminated at night by a choreographed light show representing water and fire, and is a great photo opportunity.
