Whilst we are proud to offer the widest range of products and services that support and drive Better Health , we remain cognisant of the challenges South Africa as a country face , and as such have broadened our horizons and offering to include comprehensive and affordable Medical Insurance , Gap Cover and Accident Cover . Our aim as a business is to be a one-stop shop for all things Health .
Improving and maintaining health is influenced by so many lifestyle factors , but some of the obvious foundations span across mental health , diet , activity level and rest . Whilst we believe that exercise is one of the key foundations to restoring and maintaining good health , it means different things to different people , and so our staff are well trained to approach each customer at their relative stage of fitness and health .
Our continued interest and investment in sport and lifestyle activities such as the Dis-Chem Half Marathon , as both a highly competitive event , mixed with a fun family walk or run , is just another extra way we believe we can impact the health and lifestyles of South Africans .
