who owe their position to his nomination, the consequence of which is a neutering of any legal means of ousting him, whether it be impeachment, the 25th Amendment, or Article
2, Section 4 of the Constitution. He has purged high-ranking members of the military and
replaced them with less skilled people loyal to
his cause, the consequence of which is the near impossibility of a coup d’état being led by
responsible members of the military who have
sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution. He has effectively used paramilitary groups to create conditions of instability within cities and
states, which are then used to justify
intervention by the military and national guard,
quite possibly under invocation of the Insurrection Act that would allow the tyrant to subsequently impose martial law to nationalize if not quite possibly cancel elections if he so
desired. Each aligns with the totalitarian
purpose: to terrorize law abiding citizens and others who possess the legal right to be in the country, causing them to question their own understanding of what those rights mean and hold for them, making them wonder if it is not he who is mad but they themselves, as madness defines the reality around them, generated without any consistency other than
the fact the tyrant as totalitarian embeds craziness in everything he does
Creating such an environment of terror and instability, the tyrant as totalitarian also sets the staging ground should he need protection when he challenges the Constitution by nationalizing or canceling mid-term elections or remaining in power beyond a second term, options of which he is already examining through executive orders drafted by his legal team. He has, also through executive order, authorized the creation of National Guard “quick reaction forces” to address civil disturbances and crime, with the Pentagon ordering all 50 states to form these units for rapid deployment into American cities. Making paramilitary groups, professional soldiers, and
national guardsmen complicit in his
unconstitutional use of the military in domestic affairs, and further securing their obedience by
paying them through government coffers so they well understand they owe him their livelihood and should serve to protect him so to protect themselves and their families, he ensures a loyal force is in place should mass
protests rise in opposition within and across cities. And if he needs to engage further disruption, through which he could justify the use of an even more extreme force, he has at hand all the January 6th insurrectionists, a ready gang of thugs, the equivalent of the brown and black shirts used by other tyrants, who have already acted upon their desire to bring down the government through violent means so he may rule and who would be willing to do so once again out of loyalty, given he pardoned 1500. With such in place, he believes himself invincible, and hence untouchable.
If people need to see this trend, they need not look beyond the paramilitary’s willingness to kill, no outright murder, innocent citizens of this country, mothers and others who are simply going about their business, as they have now done in several states, not to mention stalking and arresting people and journalists outside schools, churches, and courtrooms, using the propaganda arm in White House and aligned media outlets to falsely legitimate such actions by claiming the citizens were gang members or domestic terrorists intent on harming members of the paramilitary groups themselves, thereby

America and Americans have reached that point articulated in the Declaration of Independence where our form of government has become destructive of the ends articulated, and we the people now have the right “to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”
