articulated as process – that takes up time which might otherwise be spent in critical endeavors, or in business or family pursuits,
where an objective and reflective space might be achieved. But taking up time so criticism cannot be brought is not the point: rather the
point is to ensure the mind gets nowhere because there is nowhere to reasonably go, causing the mind to finally shut down rather
than admit what it cannot — that the purpose of the mind, which is to use reason to navigate a world based upon understanding issues and making choices, has itself become meaningless.
This the mind cannot admit, because to do so
would be to deny the very foundation of itself and the reason underpinning man’s existence. So, instead, the mind chooses to embrace the
reasoning of the unreasonable, in hope the terror will stop, the evil will disappear,
and all will return to normal. If this sounds crazy to you or not applicable in today’s world, I might ask how often you have turned the television off or stopped reading the news for no other reason than it is ‘crazy making’ and you simply can’t take it anymore? Such is his method, sustained as it is by stopping people from thinking independently and collectively. The process is both radical in the sense of being no longer tethered to the world of reality and banal in that it is not only common but commonplace, revealing in due course not only how fragile our democracy has become but how horrific and pervasive this evil is.
So, again, we Americans must admit a harsh reality: we are confronted with an evil tyrant of totalitarian persuasion, whose malignant narcissism has morphed into solipsistic tendencies which define the world as he would wish it to be. Domestically, he is destroying our rights, denying our freedoms, and negating all cultural advances our country has made at an unprecedented rate,16while globally he is threatening democratic beliefs and norms involving the right to self-determination that
have secured and advanced the goals of western civilization across time. He is a man without limits, who will stop at nothing. And diagnoses of dementia or frontal lobe disorder will not change this reality: it would only suggest even more radical actions and even more craziness will become the norm if this madman is allowed to remain in office. Knowing such, it is, as was previously said, simplly
impossible for him to remain leader of the free world.
Where then does it end? It ends in the absolute destruction of human dignity, because that is a
concept the totalitarian leader and supporters
cannot abide: they cannot abide treating people as subjects capable of independent thought, who can create the means through which they
and others can find happiness.17 Instead, the tyrant as totalitarian sees them as nothing more than objects to be used and exploited in advance of his absolute claim to define and construct reality.
This tyrant – and all his administration supporting him – must go, now. The danger he and they pose to America and what it stands for, not to mention the freedom upon which so many rely, is too great to wait upon.
We cannot wait upon the tyrant to reform himself or leave on his own accord. There is simply no reason he would do so. He has emasculated Congress, and he has packed the Supreme Court with like-minded individuals
