The capital of Italy is the city with the most monuments in the world, which is not a surprising fact considering Roman history. Therefore, if you happen to be in the Eternal City do not miss the main sights such as: the Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Quirinal Palace, Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori, Castel Sant´Angelo, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Venezia, Piazza del Popolo, Galleria Borghese, the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel as well as St. Peter's Basilica. Stroll along

the Tiber in the picturesque streets of Trastevere for the real Italian feel. Furthermore, pay attention to each aqueduct, fountain, church or palaces since in Rome every street and monument is unique in their own way. Indulge the tasty kitchen it offers from homemade Pizza and Pasta to Cannoli and the iconic Tiramisu. To stay hydrated drinking wine is recommended (truth). Last, but not least do not forget to stop for a quick espresso shot since this is sacred tradition for the locals.
