I also previously mentioned how the Wii fit can help with balance and stability, there is lots of activities on

the game that help with achieving this such as yoga and muscular work outs. This can help not just people with balance issues but with the elderly, For instance an elderly women of 86 was not able to walk without close super vision, due to poor balance after a stroke. She began a resume of 4 training sessions on the Wii fit activities along with physical therapy. At the end of the experiment she could walk with only special equipment for stability.
The Wii fit also gives you a free fitness tip every time you go on, you can also take a body test to find out your weight, BMI and fitness age. On the new Wii fit plus you can even look into special workouts to tone a certain area such as your arms. You can also make goals and targets for the future e. g. lose 3lbs by March 25th and you can count up how much exercise you have done by completing you Wii fit log. These are just a few of the things you can do to achieve a healthier lifestyle, so it’ s actually even more than an exercise game!
