The Wii fit is a fun enjoyable way to exercise and is good for either a light reliever from intense exercise or just to get you back into the swing of working out. 33 % of the exercises qualified as low intensity meaning you don’ t have to be in top shape too work out. There is also some harder exercises on the game like the“ Press up challenge”. The Wii fit has a range of exercises all of which can lead to better flexibility and a healthier lifestyle, some work on muscle toning, others help to achieve better balance and a few are just an overall body workout.
As I said earlier the Wii fit is available anytime, in the comfort of your own home this is beneficial for people with long day or night jobs and don’ t feel they have the time to run down to the gym. It is also not weather permitting and I know not many people fancy running outside when it lashing down with rain. The Wii fit would allow people to still exercise even if the weather isn’ t great. Seeing as we do live in Brittan this problem can occur quite frequently and for this purpose many people would benefit from the Wii fit.
