In order to get pre-qualified for a loan you need to speak to a lender . A loan officer will check your credit and verify your income and assets with your W2 ’ s , tax returns , bank statements and paycheck statements .
Having this letter will put your offer in a stronger position when presented to a seller .

NO . 2 FINDING YOUR HOME

Finding a home can be overwhelming , our Beacham agent will simplify the process , and the stress by walking you through a process of elimination .
