Mr. Bhutani came to the Diet Mantra Clinic with the thought that
Weight can’t be reduced without vigorous exercises and crash diet,
as he has done before to reduce weight at other slimming centers.
But the Dietitian counseled him that it is possible to reduce weight
with simple walk and balanced diet. Avilesh didn’t believe and
initially enrolled himself along with his wife for One Month. To
start with the Dietitian just modified his dinner. Following the plan
his wife and he lost more than 3 kgs in just 15 days, individually.
