RECIPE OF THE MONTH : BLACK BEAN CHILLI
Prep and Cook Time: 30 minutes 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
Ingredients:
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes (do
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper,
diced into 1/4-inch pieces
1 TBS + 1-1/2 cups vegetable
broth
6 medium cloves garlic, chopped
4 cups or 2 15 oz cans black
beans, drained
