INTRODUCTION The administration is the social science that aims at the study of the organizations and the technique in charge of the planning, organization, direction and control of the resources (human, financial, material, technological, knowledge, etc.) In order to obtain efficiency or maximum possible benefit; this benefit can be social, economic or strategic, depending on the aims pursued by that organization.
