“We also managed to complete major conservation works at Port
Lockroy with the restoration of the old base leader’s office and
the workshop and also continued our conservation works at
Detaille Island hut.”
Anna added: “The team needed Dickies overalls for outdoors to
complete the annual maintenance works to the historic hut. This
mostly involved painting, some artifact conservation work and a
lot of snow digging.
“Our staff are now all back home in the UK having completed a
very successful season. Thank you so much for assisting us with
our operation in Antarctica by supplying your overalls for our
staff to wear. It is a big help and much appreciated.”
