These questions, which initially threw
me off and even got tiring, have become
the enjoyable precursors to deeper
conversations. People are genuinely
interested in learning about my life and
England, and those who have been to the
UK themselves are even keener to share
their experiences with me. In fact, being
here has actually meant I have learnt
more about England; some people are so
interested I have had to do some research
on Parliament and the NHS – just so I
know I am not feeding false info ɵ
