This is a great initiative and hopefully will move some complaints through
the system much more quickly. However, it will only work if it is seen as
fair by all parties. That means that the CPSO mediator should act like a
mediator and not a party.

complaints process: Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). This is
designed to help patients resolve concerns with their doctor without
