discipline summaries their respective obligation; and (m) Dr. Nicol shall co-operate with unannounced inspections of his office practice and patient charts by the College for the purpose of monitoring and enforcing his compliance with the terms of this Order and shall provide his irrevocable consent to the College to make appropriate enquiries of the Ontario Health Insurance Plan, the Narcotic Monitoring Database and/or any person or institution who may have relevant information for the purposes of monitoring and enforcing his compliance with the terms of this Order. 2. Dr. Nicol appear before the panel to be reprimanded. 3. Dr. Nicol pay costs to the College in the amount of $4,460 by January 12, 2015. At the conclusion of the hearing, Dr. Nicol waived his right to an appeal and the Committee administered the public reprimand.
