Proposed By-law Amendment
Section 4(b) of By-Law No. 2 (Fees and Remuneration
By-Law) which currently reads as:
4. Annual fees for the year beginning June 1, 2014 are
as follows:
(b) For a holder of a certificate of registration authorizing postgraduate education, 20% of the annual fee
set out in s.4(a);
would be amended to the following (underlined) wording:

(b) or a holder of a certificate of registration authorizing postgraduate education applying to renew his/
her certificate of registration, 20% of the annual fee
set out in s.4(a);
In addition, Section 6(b) of By-law No. 2 (Fees and
Remuneration By-Law) which currently reads as:
6. The due dates for the payment of annual fees are as
follows:
(b) Where the College is renewing a certificate of registration, other than a certificate of registration authorizing postgraduate education, on June 1 of each year;
(c) Where the College is renewing a certificate of registration authorizing postgraduate education, before the
expiry of the previous certificate;
would be amended to the following (underlined) wording:
6. The due dates for the payment of annual fees are as
follows:
(c) Where the College is renewing a certificate of
registration authorizing postgraduate education on an
application for renewal, before the expiry of the previous certificate;
