Civic Pride Initiative
Eastern Florida State College Diagnostic Medical Sonography program students
show their civic pride by thanking the Melbourne Police and Fire Departments.
The students presented both groups with a plaque expressing gratitude for their
dedication and continued service to the community. The recognition of these
first responders was such a wonderful experience for the students that they have
decided to make the Civic Pride Initiative an annual event for the program.
