Stay active and exercise!

Breakfast:

-Low fat milk, Special K cereal, 1 apple

-Small snack of your choice (healthy, of course! i.e: Cranberries, strawberries, etc)

-1 cup of water

Lunch:

-Small chicken salad with (or without) dressing and two cups of water

-Small snack (1/3 cups of sliced strawberries)

-1 cup water

Dinner:

-Boiled salmon without salt and steamed veggies. 1/2 cup of spaghetti and 2 cups of water

-The usual small snack. (try to mix it up everyday, so you don't get bored)

-Low fat yogurt

-1 cup of water
