Prices The Median Sales Price in April was $ 198,000 , up 21.1 % from $ 163,500 in April of 2015 and up 10.6 % from $ 179,000 last month . The Average Sales Price in April was $ 220,280 , up 12.2 % from $ 196,294 in April of 2015 and down 1.5 % from $ 223,677 last month . April 2016 ASP was at the highest level compared to April of 2015 and 2014 .
