Simi knows that a last meeting between two of them is mandatory. Therefore, Simi
and Shubhi decided to visit Sriash’s work place together.
With great difficulty, under scorching heat, they reached his work place without
informing him. Shubhi could recall that she had same experience earlier also when
she visited his work place to give him that diary. History actually repeats itself.
On reaching his work place, they called him many times but he did not answer any
of the call. Both Shubhi and Simi kept on waiting for him under the sun, but found
no answer to their calls. They waited for a long time and later approached a person
to inquire about him. That person was Sriash’s colleague who told them that Sriash
has already left, as his duty is off for that day. It was Shubhi’s mistake that she did
not spelled out full name of Sriash and that person gave information for some other
Sriash who was employed there.
In reality, Shubhi’s Sriash was in that premise only, but she was unaware of that.
With failure of not meeting him, Simi and Shubhi left that place. The whole day,
Shubhi could not get out from her remorse. She was thinking all the time about him.
But she would attempt something great rather than attempting nothing. Anyhow
she needs to give him that pendent which she has bought for him with so much
love and affection, with so much faith and belief in God because it is purchased
from a holy place, which she has been to, with great sincerity and purity in her
heart.
Again one day, Simi called him and insisted him to meet Simi only so that he can
obtain that pendent from her. This time Sriash did not denied and agreed to meet
Simi. Shubhi can’t ask Simi to go alone. She said, “Simi I would come along with
you, I will drive for you, but I cannot meet Sriash with a pressure. I want you to give
him this pendent and convey my best wishes and warmth through this.”
Simi knows what she is supposed to do. When they reached at the desired meeting
place, Simi only called Sriash. Shubhi did not step out of her car. She found a
corner where Sriash could not see her.
On meeting Sriash, Simi talked to him gently and assured him that she knows about
his terrible situation and she does not wants to increase that. Simi told him that a
last meeting is required for both Sriash and Shubhi. After thinking for a while, he
agreed to meet Shubhi. Simi went to her and narrated everything.
