A warm welcome to our winter edition of ‘ Destination Ireland ’ - Staycation Guide .
It ’ s been a rollercoaster two years of ‘ holidays at home ’, but we ’ ve used the time to explore places on our doorstep , be it a new experience or to simply to re-discover a memory , reminding us that this Island of ours offers endless possibilities .
It has been an uncertain time for most and for our new business too , so we would like to thank our readers and the Irish tourism industry for their overwhelming support .
Our team of passionate Irish staff have been fortunate enough to travel the length and breadth of the Country to bring you fresh holidays ideas with a breakaway in Monaghan , a short city break in Dublin ’ s Fair City , an adventure holiday in Fota Wildlife or a Christmas break to remember in Donegal .
We also bring you our special features from our “ Editors Choice ”, “ Destination Focus ” and “ What ’ s Hot ” and “ Winter Must See ’ s & Do ’ s ”.
Whether you plan to hit the open road , explore a new county , go island hopping off the coast , we hope our guide provides the inspiration to explore new places and to experience an unforgettable holiday in Ireland .
Destination Ireland are delighted to present our free downloadable Winter Edition for 2021 / 2022 .
Wishing all our readers , a very merry Christmas from all the team .
