I would use white callas and bear grass for a simple , structural look with clean lines , since there is a lot to look at already during the ceremony .

As seasonal as possible , and lots of lush textures . I like to use at least 8 different types of flowers in courthouse wedding bouquets to really give them depth and dimension , with roses , ranunculus or seasonal dahlias or peonies taking center stage .
