The results are thanks to meetings and discussions with Authorities, Parlia- mentary Secretaries, Min- isters, Landlords, Devel- opers and Contractors. • The Association has worked with diverse sec- tions within the industry. This included develop- ers, contractors, road builders, quarry owners and architects to provide one strong voice. • The Association has published for- ty (40) press releases this year which include a number of positions that the Association has taken. • The Association is facing a num- ber of challenges where the En- vironment & Resources Authority and the Superintendent of Cul- tural Heritage are concerned and The Association has worked with diverse sections within the industry. In addition to these meetings, other meetings were held with Transport Malta and Infrastructure Malta. highlighted the need for better communication in order to solve such challenges. • The Association had several discussions with the Buildings Regulations Office. The purpose is to bring a balance between what is practical and those issues which are causing dis- agreements with local coun- cils and neighbours. Further more training for better workplace practices has been identified, which once im- plemented will mitigate such issues and limit incon- veniences to neighbours. • The Association has held a num- ber of meetings with Hon.
