The Association
had several discussions with
the Buildings Regulations
Office. The purpose is to
bring a balance between
what is practical and those
issues which are causing dis-
agreements with local coun-
cils and neighbours. Further
more training for better
workplace practices has been
identified, which once im-
plemented will mitigate
such issues and limit incon-
veniences to neighbours.
• The Association has held a num-
ber of meetings with Hon. Chris
Agius, Parliamentary Secretary
for Planning and the Property
Market, the objective of which is
to establish commitment and bal-
ance from the Lands Deparment
so that both entities can work to- • The Association has shown its

Disability (CRPD) where work
