Given the commitment Puja had shown , Brittany had little doubt that Puja was steering her in the right direction .

And he is one of the greatest lawyers on the planet ,’” Brittany recounts . “ From the way Puja talked about him , I knew he was the sort of lawyer that I could trust to never let me — or our clients — down . He was 100 % committed to his practice and to winning , but also to taking care of people along the way . And that was exactly what I was looking for in a mentor . And Eric turned out to be exactly the sort of person Puja said he was . Just an amazing guy — in addition to being an otherworldly lawyer .”
With Puja in their corner , the Baroness and Czar signed a historic napkin contract at a Vegas pub that would lay the foundation for the creation of Troutman Amin , LLP . And any concerns the duo had about starting a new firm together were quickly put to bed when the real work began .
“ I was absolutely stunned by how good she was . Right out of the gate . It was insane . Almost miraculous ,” the Czar says . “ There is absolutely no chance the firm could have been as successful as it was if it wasn ’ t for her . She was just incredible . Exceeding every expectation I had for her across virtually every metric . I have supervised dozens of lawyers during my tenure at big law , and Brittany ’ s performance level was almost unbelievable . Other than Queenie , no one ever came close .”
To be mentioned in the same breath as Queenie is still a big source of pride for Brittany . “ Puja is the greatest female lawyer I have ever known ,” Brittany says , “ and the fact that I am now her partner is absolutely incredible .”
Indeed , on May 1 , 2024 — the two-year anniversary of Brittany starting work for the Czar — the firm paid off Brittany ’ s big Vegas bet and tremendous hard work by announcing she would be immediately elevated to the rank of partner . An absolutely unheard of achievement for a lawyer who is not yet 30 years of age .
“ I was incredibly honored and excited ,” Brittany says of the bump . “ To be partnered with Eric and Puja is just so incredible I can barely believe it . I literally could not be happier .”
For their part , both Queenie and the Czar seemed extremely impressed with their new partner and excited for the future .
“ Brittany will be the youngest partner this firm ever makes , I can pretty much guarantee it ,” the Czar states confidently . “ And this is a firm that will last a thousand years and have a hundred times that many lawyers over that time . But Brittany will always be the standout performer . The incredibly gifted talent that helped lift this place off the ground and build it into something extraordinary . You simply cannot understand how incredible her contributions — right alongside Queenie ’ s — have really been .”
Asked about his partnership with two incredibly powerful women litigators , the Czar simply states , “ There is no way I could have accomplished what I have accomplished without these two .
