It’s funny because a lot of people think that I’m Jackie! If you look at the photos
on our website and social media, you will see that we don’t have any lemons in
the images, we’ve used all the other fruits in our photos except for lemons, so
it’s kind of just a funny thing that we all felt just goes with us as a band because
we are the kind of people who are always joking around like that. It also gets
people wondering about who this Jackie is and about the mysterious lemons!
How did the guys react to the name? Did they like it straight away as a name
for your band?
Yeah they did! I first suggested it to Karl, who is my brother-in-law and our
amazing bass player and Producer, so he is involved in the writing process
with everything from lyrics to music, he does all the magic. Since we are family,
we find it easy to play music and write lyrics together. Later Cameron, our
drummer, came on board, and it just went smoothly.
