1. I have the right to do whatever I want, without hurting other people.

What is assertiveness?
Assertive people are the persons that want to express their opinions and are willing to listen to the others and accept them. If they enter conflict they try to find a way to get to an agreement to resolve the conflict.

Assertive people don't shy away from defending their points of view or goals, or from trying to influence others.
