Session Description : This session brings together three Black women scholars to explore how both undergraduate and graduate education can advance Diversity , Equity , and Inclusion ( DEI ) through institutional , instructional , and co-curricular strategies . Drawing from dissertation research and teaching experiences , the panelists will examine systemic barriers in education , the invisible labor of Black women , and the importance of supporting marginalized students . Attendees will leave with actionable strategies to foster equity , create inclusive learning environments , and sustain DEI initiatives during challenging political times . This collaborative session will inspire and equip educators and administrators at all levels to lead meaningful change .
