New Beginnings & Enjoying the Journey
It wasn’t until early 2013 that I found my love for fitness.
I never played sports growing up because I was hopeless at
anything that involved physical activity. Burying my head
in detective stories I shyed away from competition. After 30

so I signed up for my first sprint triathlon. Training was
grueling and not much fun but I did it and felt good about
accomplishing something physical.
