Vegan meal that gives me the most energy varies. One is a baked potato,
tempeh or slices of tofu with broccoli or greens.

Do you take supplements? Why?
Yes! As a vegan athlete you need extra vitamins and your body needs
extra glutamine for recovery and BCAA’s that will benefit you from training hard and having a vegan diet!
